A compelling website starts with a strong brand. That’s why we started by giving the Kount brand a refresh. From adjusting the letter spacing and alignment for a sleeker look, adding brand design patterns, to defining logo usage rules to ensure the visuals were always balanced and modern, it was more about redefining the details for a cleaner feel and greater impact.
In addition to refreshing the logo, WE also took a look at Kount’s color palette and iconography. WE explored various gradients of Kount’s brand colors and brightened the range with more vibrant shades to create more pop. By designing new icons with a more contemporary, clean feel WE were able to add visual consistency throughout the site.
Kount’s website had grown organically over the years, but it was copy-heavy and over-marketized. WE refined the UX to make information more easily accessible and digestible, creating a clear story and a better flow. The new site is fully responsive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. It tells visitors what they need to know right away and guides them to request a demo more intuitively throughout the experience.
Kount targets enterprise decision-makers as well as influencers and users. To connect with this highly technical audience, WE created animated stats that add to the sales journey but don’t distract from it. WE also redesigned the resources section to make it more accessible and compelling, delivering the depth of content users want but only when they want it.
WE looked at user engagement across Kount’s existing site and discovered a lot of great content was buried where users couldn’t find it. Years of patchwork growth also led to layout inconsistencies. WE’s UX team designed wireframes to create a narrative that works like an elevator pitch, with key company information and customer logos front and center to show credibility and drive action.
